Processing time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

International shipping

International orders are shipped via Small Packet. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 1–3 weeks.

Domestic shipping (Japan)

Orders within Japan are shipped via Japan Post. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipment.

Customs & duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply.

Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped, when available.

Lost or delayed packages
